I'm Nastasha and I am a Certified Residential Appraiser, and approved FHA appraiser, specializing in Pierce, Thurston, King, Lewis, Kitsap, and Mason counties. Not only do I appraise for lenders during the home buying process or refinance, but I am also available to appraise for estate purposes, prelisting, and even for divorce purposes. I have my Bachelor's degree in Math & Science, and half of my Master's degree in Secondary Math Education, but decided to start appraising in 2015. I have so much fun in this industry because I feel appraisals are like solving puzzles, which is one of my favorite activities!
