Mission Statement We are a community of growth-minded professionals dedicated to building lasting business relationships through meaningful connections, trusted referrals, and continuous development. Our mission is to support one another by strengthening our public speaking skills, deepening our industry knowledge, and becoming the top-of-mind resource for our referral partners. What We Do We are a diverse networking group of local business owners and professionals who meet weekly to grow through connection, collaboration, and education. Our members range from mortgage officers and realtors to CPAs, designers, cleaners, and more. Each week, a different member presents on their business—sharing what they do, who they serve, and how we can send them qualified referrals. But we go beyond just business intros. Throughout the year, we also host training sessions focused on: • Personal and professional growth • Public speaking and confidence-building • Social media marketing strategies • Identifying ideal clients and audiences • Performing SWOT analyses to sharpen our business focus We believe in building a referral network rooted in trust, value, and a genuine desire to see each other succeed.
